~ Our Life & Marriage Fusion Partnership…
Born in June 25, 1971 in a country town Lexton Beaufort Australia was a boy named Brian Andrew Baulch. His family moved to Ballarat City, Victoria where he was raised up with his two siblings. At a young age, his dream is to become an Entrepreneur himself. He has learned that he’s not called just to “make a living” but “to make a life” through unconventional business networks. His parents’ parts of tribal root came from Wales, a western side of UK, where ancient castles sprung up, a home of large media concentration and creative diversities, rising up the award-winning productions like the current regeneration of the legendary Dr. Who series (which obviously they like watching Dr. Who). Mentioned Brian’s Welsh root culture, his wife discovers that caught her love from his poetical way of expressing his depth pure love & emotions!
In March 27, 1977 between the valleys and mountains of Northern Luzon Philippines there was this little girl Jennifer Aguiwas Ramirez born & nurtured by her parents while they’re pastoring a local church. She has four siblings. The remote town is located in Basig Taneg, Mankayan, Benguet, one of the colder parts amongst the 7,107 Philippines beautiful tropical islands. By saying that while her parents were pastoring, they have met Christian missionaries visitors around the globe including Australians, whom one of them became Jennifer’s supportive testimonial document back-up for her visa application to and in Australia. She is determined and she believes that her educational trainings, career and volunteer works are strategically in place as she had envisioned before her marriage life. “Jennifer” originates its meaning from “Welsh Gwen”, which is far blood-related with Brian’s ancestry rather than her Spanish roots (^_^)…. Her identity as a Filipino is her only pride from the ‘Kankana-ey’ and “Ilocano” tribes of her parents. She also expressed her great gratitude to her special Aussie sponsors through Compassion Project, who supported some of her financial needs in her schooling, moral & spiritual supports in 11 years before they lost contact with each other. As a young girl with dreams or wishes, one of her prayers is to see her Aussie sponsors “one day”; which they already first met in 2005 but never dreamed and thought of marrying an Aussie herself at all; an answer beyond what she’d ask for!
Brian & Jennifer met each other on the Cyber world in 2004 through a friend where their relationship has bloom amazingly (still blooming BTW). This is where their FUSION love relationship has began. Jennifer’s fiancee visa application in Thailand to Australia runs so smoothly & surprisingly to them in just a short period of time. They are truly grateful for friends who certified their documents to fully make it happened. She greatly appreciated how Brian respected her parents overseas by writing to them personally about their relationship engagement and wedding plan even before they met in Thailand, where Jennifer was teaching. Most of all, they had their both parents’ blessings on their marriage, families and back-up prayers through their special friends. They got married in Australia on September 16th (Melbourne Registry Office) and Sept 17th (Family Christian Church Wed Blessing) 2005 due to their minister’s delayed license to marry them directly that time. In 2007, they went home to the Philippines for their marriage thanksgiving and as a way of Jenn family’s homecoming from overseas.
~ What is Rechargelife?
Brian has already envisioned their business name – “Rechargelife” before he met his wife Jennifer. It simply means “Recharging One Life at a Time”. Despite Brian’s “three shiftworks in a row” challenge from his conventional job (for a season), he believes that there’s something out there for him that he needs to discover himself. Once he got married it came more vivid to him as the household leader that he’s called as an entrepreneur or netrepreneur (though the desire was in his heart when he’s young). It happens very rapidly after getting married and at least one year cementing their marriage life foundation. It takes ACTION of FAITH not just in words but time investments for what he needs in personal skills development and business tools training off-line/online quality traffics. Along the way, they’re meeting the right mentors at the right time and place. Jennifer works as the managing editor & supports her husband grow their home-based business together despite the odds she’d went through the bureaucracy of conventional unsuccessful jobs application in Australia. It became clear that those were great signs for them not to go for conventional job as most may have expected (which is hurtful at times). She’s prompted to join the new trail and new challenge like a wilderness with her husband, which most people would normally criticize about it because it’s uncommon, non-traditional pattern or out of the grains. It’s only through their faith and the exceeding grace of Yaweh God that they’re able to keep going through it as it unfolds not for their glory…. (They’re forever grateful for those who understands, supports them with their prayers and moral support)…. They do things together not just for themselves but to see real freedom for their family and others when that time is ripened.
They desire to see more families especially mothers to stay with their own young kids at home against the status quo of life. Some of the known childcare centres in Australia alone since 2008 were already closing down unexpectedly, which warns or alerts families wisely how our modern world system is facing the tough of both parents in 2 jobs and let their tots looked after by strangers or an institution. Not to mention the heartbreaking experiences of other countries’ life working overseas separately from their spouse and family that they would never have deserved it due to life’s difficulties speaking through experience alone. They want to see more breakthroughs in families.
They believe that people with real freedom are not called only like slaves until retirement to big corporations or JOB (just-over-broke system) that seem to represent Pharaoh’s Pyramid in Egypt. We should not suppose to be like the Israelites who wandered for 40 years wilderness journey just enough paying our mortgages, debts, bills, etc. in the modern world (unless it’s a career, you’re passionate about it and doing it for a reason). Why Pharaoh’s Pyramid? The bosses from the top are getting paid higher and having more freedom while the labourers below are paid lower but working harder and harder like a robot without much freedom for their own life and family! Although, not all corporations are the same, the best and great example corporation in the world so far is birthed and co-managed by Ricardo Semler in Brazil. “Where employees acting as partners and associates, make their own decisions. Evaluate their own managers. No first-class and second-class citizens. Managers set their own salaries, bonuses. They’re even encouraged to start their own companies. Shop-floor workers set their own productivity targets and schedules.” Basically, everyone is trusted and having full freedom in the company. Quotes from Ricardo Semler’s book entitled “Maverick”.
Rechargelife strongly believe that we, as “individuals” has God-given talents and creativeness to create wealth, opportunity and it’s up to us to discover them where our “passions and commissions” prompting us to do where we are! Someone said, “Sometimes resources may also lead us to discover our passion and creativity besides someone recharging our lives!”
Rechargelife aim for you is to be encouraged in whatever passions you do have, to find that niches and develop them there for venturing, equipping and expanding your territories. Opportunities are seldom labeled, once they pass by, grab hold of them! Rechargelife main goal is to be in partnership with the Great Commission where they are prompted.
We do value and appreciate every comment and suggestion you may have on our website. We would love to comment or link back if you have website too.

REFLECTION SONG:
“ALL YOU ZOMBIES” ~ by HOOTERS
Holy Moses met the Pharaoh
Yeah, he tried to set him straight
Looked him in the eye
“Let my people go”
/ Dm Am C G / Dm Am G – / 1st / F EmC Am – /
Holy Moses on the mountain
High above the golden calf
Went to get the Ten Commandments
Yeah, he’s just gonna break ‘em in half
{Refrain}
All you zombies hide your faces
All you people in the street
All you sittin’ in high places
The pieces gonna fall on you
No one ever spoke to Noah
They all laughed at him instead
Working on his ark
Working all by himself
Only Noah saw it coming
Forty days and forty nights
Took his sons and daughters with him
Yeah, they were the Israelites
{Refrain}
The rain’s gonna fall on you
Holy Father, what’s the matter
Where have all your children gone
Sitting in the dark
Living all by themselves
You don’t have to hide any more
{Refrain, except:}
All you zombies show your faces…
The pieces gonna fall on you
All you zombies show your faces, I know you’re out there
All you people in the street, let’s see you
All you sittin’ in high places
It’s all gonna fall on you

I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made in composing this article. I am going for the same best work from you in the future as well. In fact your fanciful writing abilities has prompted me to start my own blog now. Actually the blogging is spreading its wings rapidly. Your write up is a fine example of it.
thank you very much for your time spent to read what we have here and hear from you inspired!
Hey! I love your website
I did not anticipate this on the Wednesday. This is an incredible story. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing.
Hi guys,
I know this might be a bit off topic but seeing that a bunch of you own websites, where would the best place be to host. Someone recommended I use Blue Host for $6.95 a month which seems like a great deal. Anyone here on rechargelife.org using them?
We recently got back from our honeymoon to Pattaya and really wish that we didn’t have to leave so soon as we really enjoyed it and will unquestionably come once more! We stayed at Bann Thai Resort and Spa which we would surely recommend. We rented a scooterat $60 for 7 days, it was by far the cheapest and a convienent way to go and it was alot of fun too! The zoo is definitely worth while taking a tour. Also eating places in Thailand to visit are The Sweet n Spicy-romantic, delish and trendy. Book a table with your feet in the ocean!
Been to Bangkok City a couple of times now, first time was in May 2002, then back at New Year 2008. What a great holiday spot! It caters for everybody: if your searching for cordial locals there is plenty of them, if your looking for delicious food there is a great deal and nightlife is outstanding. If you want a common holiday, you can have it – if you need a pricey vacation, you can have it as well. My girlfriend is totally in love with the place and has just bought into a hotel over there. My kids love it too. What a fantastic place to celebrate Christmas!
You can definitely see your enthusiasm in the work you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers like you who aren¡¯t afraid to say how they believe. Always go after your heart.

Hi Brian & Jennifer,
A very compelling story you have here as well as an inspiring mission making your presence in the online world. It is all about finding your passion in life and pursuing that to the best of your ability. Working for others in a job is not enough and we need to realize that we are worth more than that and that our family deserves more too.
Keep up the awesome job here on your blog. Action and persistence is the key and if you practice that then success is not far away. Take care!
Anna
