Natural Remedy for Hayfever

I thought after prunning the little hedges around our house, everything will gonna be fine! Yesterday, it was very disturbing that hay fever visits me same last year as Summertime approaches in Australia although it’s still Spring November yet. I sneeze all day long & night. I reckon the tissue paper that I rob my runny nose makes it even worse and had terrible itchy eyes last night! Mind you, I can’t even go near my computer to read any natural treatment for hay fever but I quickly surf the net and found that herbs are great but the article never mentioned even just one kind of herb. Thanks for Google and it finally gave me a link that Chamomile tea is great! I dare not to continue reading as it gets worsen my eyes!

Just one treatment for me, it did works at once! I just used clean cotton, dip it in warm water with one Chamomile tea and compress it on my eyes then drink the rest of it. That was great treatment and I’m grateful knowing that we find our remedies in Divine nature. It reminds me of what Hippocrates stated “Let food be thy medicine, thy medicine shall be thy food ~ Leave your drugs in the chemist’s pot if you can heal the patient with food.”

I don’t know about you but I understand that we have unique body reactions when it comes to our Immune system. In Australia alone, they said hay fever affects 2 out of 5 people.Wikipedia says, “Hay fever is caused by pollens of specific seasonal plants, airborne chemicals and dust particles in people who are allergic to these substances. It is characterised by sneezing, runny nose and itching eyes”. Well, I had those symptoms attacking me this week although hay fever is considered as no cures rather effective treatment for our health.

Chamomile is not only for hay fever. It also helps to combat stress by relaxing the brain muscles and to defeat insomia and so much more. It’s very useful to have it at home when you want to sip it for the day!
