Although this is a manual on list building, I think a discussion on the elements of success is critical. You see, I can give you all the tools and techniques to go out and make a lot of money building lists. But if you do not have inside of you the intense desire and skills necessary to draw success to you, then you will fail. Why do I say that? Because I have seen it time and time again.
Very talented people repeatedly sabotage themselves by not applying the techniques and talents they own personally. You see, the techniques in this manual will not simply apply themselves. You will have to go out and apply them. You will have to work at it daily. You will have to test and keep records. You will have to set aside time to work, every single day of the week.
You must have a work ethic. One that requires you to do whatever is necessary to get where you want to go online.
So what do you need, inside of you, to become successful online?
1) You must know what you want. It has been said that if you shoot at nothing, you will be sure to get it. You must know exactly what you want to get and then devise a plan to get it. In this case, I have already given you the plan. But you must decide how much of it you want for yourself.
Do you want to build a list of 100 new names per month and have the possibility of a 600 dollar per month income by the end of the first year?
Or would you rather build 1000 new names per month and have the possibility of a 6000 per month income by the end of the first year?
Or better yet, how about adding 10,000 names per month and possibly earn 60,000 per month at the end of the year?
But you must be realistic. If you have never built a list before, you are not going to build at the rate of 10,000 per month, at least for awhile. But maybe you are a veteran, and you already have a list of 10,000 now, but it has taken you several years to build it. You are in position to begin applying what I teach in this manual. In fact, for you, you will probably see that you are doing many of the same things I teach here, but you learned them the hard way. But you will find things in this manual, that when you apply them, will create exponential growth for you.
2) You must know how to get what you want. In the offline world, let’s assume you want to be plumber (I cannot imagine that, but there are plenty of them around!). You know what you want. The next step is to learn how to fix pipes and toilets and the like. So you go to plumber’s school and you learn exactly what you need to do the plumbing work.
In this case, there is very little good information about list building. I mean, plumbing has been around for thousands of years–it is an evolved field. Just about everything you need to know to fix your toilet should be easily attainable information.
Not so online. List building has been around online for maybe 10 years, and most of that time it was a closely guarded secret held by the top marketers. There is very little information online about list building.
That’s what this manual does. It closes the gap. It will give you all the detailed information necessary to build your most profitable list ever.
3) You must determine that you are going to do whatever it takes to get to your goal. Think about that plumber again. He really wants to learn plumbing. He takes the first few lessons, and then there is a test. He shows up for the test in his best new overalls and promptly fails the test. Hmmm? Does he quit, or go back to the books? It really depends on how bad he wants to be plumber, doesn’t it?
It is the same way online. Do you really want to be free financially, earning a consistent income online, giving you the freedom to do the things in life you really want to do? Or is this just a shot in the dark, and hope and a pipe dream?
If this is a hope and a pipe dream for you, you will not make it online. You must have the attitude that you are going to do whatever it takes to make things happen online. No matter what obstacles you run into, you are going to forge ahead. You are going to do whatever it takes to become successful.
That might mean getting up an hour or two earlier than everyone else in your household. That might mean turning off the TV at night and locking yourself in a room and just working online. That might mean staying up and extra hour or two working online.
Whatever it means, you have to have the attitude that you are going to do whatever it takes to become successful online.
4) You must take action. It is too easy to spend 3-4 hours a day surfing the web and reading information about getting rich online. You read all this information and your head is bursting with good information, but every time you try to apply it, you hit a roadblock. You go back to reading online and find you have wasted another night learning. But all that learning is not producing any results. You still are not earning a living online. You still do not have a list.
Perhaps you have felt that you never really know what to do to make it happen. This manual will change that. No stone is left unturned. I give you every single step you need to take to build your list and monetize it. Just follow the steps, one by one. One thing of importance here. You may feel you should skip a step because you don’t think you really need it. I guarantee you this, I am an efficient person. I absolutely hate to waste time. If I do not think you absolutely need to do something, I will give you language like, “You can do this if you like”. But if I include something in list of steps, it is critical that you do it.
It is kind of like baking a cake. The recipe calls for 10 ingredients. One of the ingredients is one egg. You think, well, I don’t feel like putting an egg in this cake. I can never taste the egg in my cakes, anyway. I don’t think there is any good reason to put the egg in the cake.
So you bake your cake without the egg. And what happens? The cake doesn’t taste right. The moral of this story here is that if there is a step in a list of what to do, do it.
